Chapter 3 considers small group leaders as good coaches. It defines and shows the importance of coaching, providing the process of and principles for coaching from various perspectives. It gives biblical examples of coaching, such as the coaching of Moses by Jethro, of Joshua by Moses, and of Paul by Barnabas. Chapter 4 explains the project outline and gives detailed information about how to implement it.
