Chapter 3 is an essay on practical methodologies for enhancing biblical counseling skills for effective interpersonal ministry. Chapter 4 reports on the project implementation by detailing the curriculum development and the transmitting of the curriculum. Chapter 5 is an evaluation of the project based on designated goals.
