The first chapter is an introduction to Airport Baptist Church, its pastor and people, and the potential opportunities to impact its community. Chapter 2 provides an exegetical study of several Old and New Testament examples of God’s people encountering and assimilating outsiders. Common challenges to, as well as best practices for, assimilation are described in chapter 3.
