Chapter 1 provides an overview of the purpose, rationale, and goals of the project, as well as an overview of the organizational contexts examined in this study. Chapter 2 explores the biblical and theological arguments for Godly wisdom and its implications for decisive leadership. Chapter 3 establishes a working taxonomy of common decision-making traps and presents a paradigm for practicing decisive leadership in organizations.
