The first two chapters provide (1) literature review for interrelated topics of ethnodoxology, biblical theology, and multi-ethnic worship; (2) a biblical theology of multi-ethnic worship derived from an examination of the “nations” motif in the OT and the “unity of believers” motif in the NT, respectively. Chapter 3 examines the multi-ethnic nature of heavenly worship through a comparative study of doxological and anti-doxological merisms in Revelation. Chapter 4 is a historical case study of Waterloo Pentecostal Assembly (Ontario), 1945-2018.
