Chapter 2 demonstrates that Scripture reveals that churches need a plurality of qualified and trained men serving together as God's undershepherds in the office of elder. Chapter 3 considers how principles from the field of education bring value to an elder training course in the church. Chapter 4 provides a detailed process along with the methodology utilized for this project's implementation. Chapter 5 is an evaluation of the project.
