Chapter 3 explores the benefits of effective teamwork, including choosing a team, developing a team, and common denominators between effective secular teamwork and effective team-based ministry in a local church. Chapter 4 gives details of the actual implementation of the project, including a personality test, a spiritual gifts test and question, questions from books, and meetings with an independent group of church leaders.
