Abstract
[EN]The central focus of the present Dissertation is the analysis of the Joint Action Plan to the Strategic Partnership between Brazil and the European Union, that resume in your themes «promoting peace and comprehensive security through an effective multilateral system»; «enhancing the economic, social and environmental partnership to promote sustainable development»; «promoting regional cooperation» y «promoting science, technology and innovation». In this sense, the inventive aspect of this thesis stands to analyze the experiences already tried by Brazil individually or associated with the European Union and equally it intends to contribute with several data or more specific information about the treatment given to these issues in Brazil that sometimes escaped to the publications regarding the Brazilian - European Union relations.
