La protección del medio ambiente urbano en Colombia: análsis del sistema ambiental colombiano a la luz de la acción comunitaria europea
Abstract
[EN] This is a doctoral thesis on the analysis of Public Policy and Urban-Environmental Law and Land and its application to what is now called Urban Sustainability, from its environmental dimension. Given that sustainability as a theoretical paradigm has a broad, yet inclusive of the pillars of development (economic, social and environmental), the thesis discusses urban environmental sustainability from the progress made in the content of the instruments of public policy and law, limited in space to the urban reality of the European Community space, the Spanish and the Colombian state.
