Financial aid sessions proved to be the only part of the open house people were unhappy with.</p> <p>The author also conducted seven in-depth interviews with admissions counselors from Rowan University's Admissions Department.</p> <p>The author found that Rowan University uses most recruitment techniques that recent research has shown to be effective. Although Rowan University effectively recruits prospective students, some changes need to be made to better recruit.
