The study attempted to find out if public relations practitioners had the necessary tools in place to respond to a crisis online.</p> <p>The sample originally selected consisted of 515 United States public relations practitioners, all members of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) and listed under the State of Pennsylvania.
