Thirty-nine upper-level administrators at Rowan University completed the Leadership Assessment Instrument and Learning Combination Inventory to evaluate this relationship. Results showed a statistically significant relationship between a confluent learning pattern and conceptual thinking leadership components. Administrators demonstrated a wide variability in leadership competencies and learning patterns on descriptive tests.
