Success For All has been implemented in the Gloucester City School District for over eight years as a Whole School Reform Model to raise student achievement in reading and language arts literacy. The effectiveness of this program was measured by using data collected from the <em>Gates-MacGinitie Reading Test</em> and the <em>New Jersey Assessment of Skills and Knowledge Language Arts Literacy</em> over a sequential three- year span. The sample used for this study included a total of thirty students in a variety of classroom settings; however, all of the students in the sample were instructed using the Success for All Reading Program.
