Se recabó información sobre características de los trabajadores de salud; uso y tipo de EPP y pruebas positivas para SARS COV-2. La descripción de la información se realizó mediante frecuencias absolutas y relativas para variables cualitativas y medidas de resumen definidas a partir de la normalidad de las variables cuantitativas, para el análisis bivariado se utilizó la prueba de X2 y. Resultados: Se logró determinar las características sociodemográficas de la población, encontrándose que la mayoría fueron enfermeros, mujeres, con mediana de edad de 32 años. Por otro lado, se evaluó el uso de EPP durante la atención de pacientes. Colsubsidio in Bogotá during March 2020 and May 2021. Methodology: Observational, descriptive, cross-sectional study with an analytical component. The population corresponded to health personnel from the Colsubsidio Children's Clinic that cares for the pediatric population. 135 workers were included voluntarily from the invitation sent to all health personnel. Information was collected on the characteristics of health workers; use and type of PPE and positive tests for SARS COV-2. The description of the information was carried out using absolute and relative frequencies for qualitative variables and summary measures defined from the normality of the quantitative variables, for the bivariate analysis the X2 y test was used. Results: It was possible to determine the sociodemographic characteristics of the population, finding that the majority were nurses, women, with a median age of 32 years. On the other hand, the use of PPE during patient care was evaluated.
