Se tomaron como referencia puntos perfilométricos anatómicos faciales que permitieron comparar las medidas con los derivados de las proporciones faciales ideales. Las medidas se realizaron con el Software “Golden Ratio”. Resultados: Se obtuvo al tercio facial inferior como el de mayor tamaño tanto en la vista frontal como en las laterales, siendo esta característica una constante en hombres y mujeres, también se encontró que los hombres presentan caras de mayor longitud con respecto a las mujeres. La longitud de la oreja es superior a la longitud nasal tanto en hombres como en mujeres; la distancia intercantal es mayor al ancho de la base nasal con una razón aproximada de 1.2cm. Con respecto a los ángulos, se encontrò gran variabilidad con respecto a los estandarizado en el triàngulo de Powell, y en la parte auricular, un ángulo de protrusión auricular mayor al valor estándar. Frontal, left lateral, right and nasal base photographs were taken with a standardized method, in order to describe the profileometric proportions in contrast to the neoclassical canons. Facial anatomic profileometric points were taken as a reference that allowed to compare the measurements with those derived from the ideal facial proportions. The measurements were made with the Golden Ratio Software. Results: The lower facial third was obtained as the largest size in both the frontal and lateral views, this characteristic being a constant in men and women, it was also found that men have longer faces with respect to women. The length of the ear is greater than the nasal length in both men and women; the intercanthal distance is greater than the width of the nasal base with an approximate ratio of 1. 2cm. With respect to the angles, great variability was found with respect to the standardized ones in the Powell triangle, and in the atrial part, an angle of atrial protrusion greater than the standard value.
