The solution also functions as a self-service portal for end users, enabling them to access hosted environments, track support requests, and consult guidance and documentation. The findings highlighted a strong demand for increased self-service functionality, improved transparency, and reduced reliance on manual support, which informed the prioritization of system requirements.
