Third party reference sensors

Final Report for Controlant's third party reference sensor project. This project was worked in collaboration with Controlant, the solution enables third party sensors to be integrated into Controlants calibration/validation solution as well as opening up possibilities for other measurement devices to be integrated easily into the system.
