In this setting the Levi-foliation exists and we show that all its leaves are homogeneous and biholomorphic. We analyze separately the structure of orbits in complex projective spaces and parallelizable homogeneous CR-manifolds in our context. We then combine the projective and parallelizable cases using the fact that every homogeneous CR-manifold is a homogeneous CR-fiber bundle, the so-called CR-normalizer fibration, consisting of a projective base and a parallelizable fiber. In codimensions one and two we also give a classification.","abstract_html":"We consider compact Leviflat homogeneous CR-manifolds.
