Integrating and drawing parallels between Jewish laws, beliefs, values, and customs and the science of positive psychology, Positive Judaism offers a holistic approach to those who want to enhance their well-being from a Jewish perspective. Based on this framework, several religiously and culturally informed positive psychology interventions designed to foster positive relationships are proposed. The information contained in this capstone is intended to be taught as part of a workshop series.
