The implementation of this project passed through several stages which included community needs assessment (CNA) as seen in chapter one which was conducted to find out the needs of the OVC community. The research design used was the descriptive research design and the sampling technique was non-probability sampling. Data collection was for both qualitative and quantitative data done with the use of questionnaires, interview and document review. Descriptive statistics and content analysis are the analysis methods used with the assistance of SPSS. Chapter two includes the problem identification which explains of the research problem, project description and host organization. The third chapter represents the literature review which includes the theoretical literature review, empirical literature review and the policy review.
