The purpose of this study was to gain a better understanding of adult Latino university students' attitudes towards and experiences in American schools. Five participant adult Latino university students took part in an interview with me in which my interviewees discussed and relayed information about the formation of their Latino identity, and their experiences in American schools, especially focusing on the participants' perceptions of language choice and teachers' attitudes and acceptance of them.
