Individuals who worked in the department of Transport and community safety in the Limpopo Province, South Africa, made up the research population. A sample of 322 employees was given a study questionnaire, to which 259 responses were returned. The feedback was compiled into an excel data sheet, where it underwent statistical analysis. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were mostly verified by statistical analysis. The results demonstrated a favourable association between perceived mentoring support and workplace spirituality.
