First examples of Au-X-Ag halonium species were discovered in the reaction of (I?-PAnP)(AuCl)2 or (I?-PAnP)(AuBr)2 with AgSbF6. Coordination chemistry of 9, 10-anthracenedithiol with d10 metal was also studied. In the second part of this work, the effect of metal-metal interaction on the electronic communicating ability of a??-Ca?!C-Pt-Ca?!C-a?? bridge were evaluated on the basis of the electrochemical behavior of a series of heterobimetallic platinum(II)-acetylide complexes.
