An evaluation of the Navy's Welcome Aboard' program* constitutes the area of study of this thesis. The Navy's Welcome Aboard programs for the purpose of this thesis are defined as internal relations practices affecting transit personnel, i. e .. personnel who are going from one duty station to another.
