The goal is to develop a statement of objectives for a long-term JLG Manlift support contract that meets the needs of Cruiser-Destroyer vessels in the Pacific region. The collected data is used to determine the most cost-effective process that fulfills operational and safety requirements for Cruiser-Destroyer vessels. Based on the findings, a recommendation will be provided, suggesting the best path forward and the optimal Contract Type for long-term JLG Manlift Support. The analysis demonstrates potential savings through a centralized regional services model implemented via Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contracting over the next five years.
