Whether is an effort to maintain their competitive advantage, or provide a Joint Task Force Commander with a real-time picture of the battlefield, the organization's information infrastructure is becoming a vital key to the organization's success or failure in performing its mission-critical processes. \"However, the complexity of the modem infrastructure, and the changes affecting it, produce significant management challenges.\" (Ref 1, .451). The purpose of this study is to develop a management architecture that will assist Network Managers in formulating network management strategies that will be flexible, proactive, distributed, standardized, comprehensive, collaborative and integratable.
