This thesis determines the most appropriate criteria for the selection to Brigadier General. The criteria were determined by analyzing the expert opinion data of 327 Brigadier and Major Generals, Univariate and multivariate statistical techniques were used to analyze questionnaire data and to suggest selection criteria.
