These learning strategies are used to develop a cognitively designed structure for the teaching of the software engineering process. This structure is designed so that programmers could have readily available in their thinking process modern software engineering goals and principles that will ultimately affect the quality of software. Also suggested at a lower level of the overall structure is a syntax and semantics organizer. This particular framework serves as an advance organizer for which specific programming language could be introduced.
