Quasi-real time translation of morse-coded signals using digital delay processing.
Abstract
dc:description.abstractThis thesis investigates the problems in automatic translation of Morse-coded signals. Specific modifications to a commercially available decoder are made and evaluated. The delay algorithm presented is based upon the attributes of a human operator and is implemented using integrated circuit static shift registers.
