All experiments were conducted using a tubing bomb reactor at temperatures ranging from 400˚C to 440˚C for a period of twenty minutes.</p><p>Using ammonia, a reaction temperature of 420˚C and a reducing gas of either synthesis gas or carbon monoxide gave the maximum yield of distillate. While ammonia promotes the formation of distillate, overall conversion is not increased.
