The History of the North Dakota College Athletic Conference from its Formation to the Present Day

<p>This study was designed to gather information pertaining to the history of the North Dakota. College Athletic Conference from its formation to the present day. This study was structured to gain information in reference to the early founders and schools in membership, various sports of the conference and constitution and bylaws of the conference.</p> <p>The historical research technique was employed in this study. Information was obtained through correspondence with prominent, persons who were associated with the North Dakota College Athletic Conference. Information was also acquired through scanning past issues of the Fargo Forum, Grand Forks Herald and Mino~ Daily News.</p> <p>The results of the study provided a source of informative data for the various conference schools. The study provided a list of conference champions in the various sports of the conference from their early beginnings to the present time. Individual champions were also presented in the various sports of the conference.</p>
