Abstract
dc:description.abstract
The Last Goose on Earth follows, poem by poem, the burgeoning relationship between Bea, a young human girl, and Goose, the last Canada goose on earth—it simultaneously traces the tenuous, vitalized connections between human and animal, person and environment, family grief and species loss.
