Abstract
dc:description.abstract
This full length collection of poetry focuses on themes of the female body and the post-mortem body. Through poetry, ideas on maternal anxieties, matrilineal relationships, human body donations to science, and display are all discussed. This manuscript hopes to blend both science and poetic language to create a new experience for readers of all backgrounds. All This Plastic, All This Glass aims to begin a conversation about our anxieties, our fears, our bodies, and even death in a way that will allow us to connect to one another.
