Abstract
dc:description.abstractThe success of IT projects in companies is increasingly becoming a competitive factor. The aim of this work is to analyze how knowledge management methods in a classic IT project can be supported with the help of artificial intelligence methods in order to carry out the IT project more efficiently. To answer the research questions, a qualitative method in the form of expert interviews is used on the one hand and the creation of a model of a reference architecture on the other hand. The creation of the reference architecture model is based on real-world requirements with the goal of generating a technology-neutral and easy-to-understand blueprint for different IT projects implementing artificial intelligence and knowledge management methods. The reference architecture model is evaluated analytically and with the support of experts in the areas of Al, Knowledge management and project management in the following. The results of this study allow a statement to be made as to whether it makes sense to foster certain tasks in an IT project with the support of Al methods.
