Fading of Substituted phenylazo - B - naphthols on polyolefins

"The main object of the present work was to study the fading of a series of substituted phenylazo-B-naphthol dyes on polypropylene by means of irradiation with short and long ultraviolet light sources, under aerobic and anaerobic atmospheres, respectively. It nas also intended that similar experiments be carried out on polyethylene so as to interpret conclusions in terms of polyolefins."
