"This study will be divided into three parts. The first chapter will deal with the history of the Maritimes to discover the evolution of the autonomy of these three provinces. The second will search out the economy or savings which amalgamation would produce. The final chapter will be a detailed study of the advantages, disadvantages, and general effects of the unification of the Maritime Provinces."
