Loneliness is an experience caused by relationship dissatisfaction, and the absence of verifying feedback can contribute to relationship dissatisfaction. Thus, it was hypothesized that loneliness and verifying feedback are positively related. Surveys measuring loneliness and verifying feedback were administered to 79 college students.
