The data were gathered from the teachers and administrators involved in the 1980-81 school term of the sixty-nine state assisted programs for the gifted, in the state of Missouri. The data gathered from the two groups were compared by using the statistical package (SPSSV8) processed through the Computer Center, Springfield, Missouri. The analysis of the data indicated that the Missouri teachers and administrators were much better educated than those in an earlier national survey.
