Specifically it seeks to point out the usage of identification and community building efforts used by the different facets of the organization. The ethnography is a retelling of the narratives gathered from an eleven month field experience with the organization by the researcher. The results of the analysis of the narratives show the use of identification among members of the organization to create enclaves within the organization which are unique.
