This creative thesis takes the form of a monograph designed as an introduction to organizational communication as a field of professional practice. The monograph, designed to meet the needs of freshman and sophomore college students entering the field of study , is comprised of seven chapters and traces the development of organizational communication from its genesis as "industrial edition" to the current state of the art, its methods, practices, and requisite skills.
