Many treatment methods have been and continue to be developed. This study examined the effectiveness of visualization as a method for reducing communication apprehension of high school speech students in a classroom setting. Results indicated that combining visualization with normal classroom speech preparation and delivery was only slightly more effective in reducing communication apprehension than merely preparing and delivering speeches.
