Kamal who is a Palestinian from the West Bank leaves his family and country seeking education in the U.S. Many of his experiences will demonstrate valuable examples in verbal and nonverbal communications. The script will demonstrate that language plays a major role in the adaptations and adjustment process to the host culture. The analysis paper will provide some examples on the acquisition of a foreign language. Some scenes in the script will illustrate the major differences and similarities between Arabic and American cultures.
