Abstract
dc:description.abstractThese poems were written between September 1989 and July 1993. They represent four years of work in university workshops, one-on-one and group sessions with local writers, and long hours spent on my own. As influence, I acknowledge every poet I've ever read and admired, from Shakespeare to Sharon Olds, but I decline the presumption of aligning myself with any particular literary faction.
