When the challenge of efficiently managing knowledge is resolved, an organization will experience short term benefits in the form of increasing the quality of its products and services and long-term benefits acquiring the ability to use knowledge tools in forecasting, decision making and attracting more clients. The problem of Knowledge Management is an area of active ongoing research.
