This thesis provides a study of the opportunities and challenges of investing in one emerging market, India. With a population of over 1 billion, India has been a major beneficiary of the \"Globalization of Real Estate\". This thesis identifies the opportunities in India that have caused global capital to flow into Indian real estate and the key factors driving Indian real estate.
