Research on this thesis consists of a review of IT services markets and globally distributed operating models for IT services. A simple framework is created to analyze global delivery models (GDM) used by IT services companies. A few companies, including Infosys, have pioneered the GDM and hence the framework created is used to analyze Infosys' global delivery model.
