The critical aspects of this chemical sensor are the performance of the microelectronic chip and how this chip integrates and interfaces with the resistive sensors that detect chemicals. The design, simulation, and implementation of a low-power CMOS microelectronic analog measurement system and integration with the resistive chemical sensors is described.
