Later I highlight a selection of 3 artistic projects that look at human-non-human relationships, sensory augmentation, and bacterial consent to question methodologies of inquiry in relating beyond the human category. In conclusion I present my thesis exhibition, Poetics of Inquiry, as a meditation on subjectivity to explore how artistic research can offer an entry point into thinking beyond categorization.
