Laboratory assignments for teaching introductory signal processing concepts
Abstract
dc:description.abstractThis thesis proposes labs for a new, applications-based signal processing class. These labs span topics in audio, image, and video processing and will combine signal processing techniques with computational tools. The goal of these labs is to improve student understanding of signal processing concepts and show them the power of signal processing in everyday applications.
