Company J is a startup toy company creating toys that encourage STEM education and participation. One product in their anticipated lineup is a lamp construction kit. Through the process of assembling users learn about basic engineering and electronics concepts. This project concerns redesigning an early-stage prototype to further the product development and move it towards mass-manufacturability. The design process began with different levels of ideation and concept selection. Then, models were made both virtually and physically to attain user feedback.
